London Camera Division — Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

All of our products are printed on demand by our production partner, Creator Studio.

Each item is made individually when an order is placed, which means we do not hold stock and cannot resell returned items.

Because of this, refunds and returns are only available if there is a fault with your order, such as a print error, damage, or manufacturing defect.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email support@londoncameradivision.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and any problem area

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no cost, or

  • A refund to your original payment method.

You do not need to return the faulty item unless we specifically request it.

3. Sizing

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Because each product is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or refunds if you order the wrong size, colour, or style.

Sizing is the customer’s responsibility — all size information is provided clearly on each product page to help you make the right choice.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production starts. Once printing begins, we’re unable to cancel or refund your order because the item is made specifically for you.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Legal Notice

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law.

However, because our products are custom made, the usual 14-day “change of mind” right to return goods does not apply unless an item is faulty.
